The document needs to be completed, signed, witnessed by the prescribed authority, and in the possession of the celebrant no later than one calendar month before your wedding. Based in East Gippsland, Denise is happy to travel throughout Gippsland and all areas of Melbourne, with ceremonies in other locations by arrangement.
